This policy is a draft prepared for LiveLove Ventures and has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. It will be updated to reflect data-protection laws that apply in each launch country.
What we collect
- Account details: email address, name, country and preferred currency.
- Agreement records: when you accepted the Terms and Risk Disclosure.
- Wallet addresses you choose to link (public blockchain addresses only).
- Plan choices and subscription history.
- Support messages you send us.
- Identity-verification readiness: your consent, the name you enter and the document type you plan to use. We do not collect identity documents at this stage.
What we never collect
We never ask for or store your private key or seed phrase.
Why we use it
To run your account, enforce country availability, provide support, keep the service secure, meet legal obligations and prepare for compliant launch.
Who sees it
Only the ArbiSpark operator can view customer records. We do not sell your data. When we connect a payment provider or identity-verification provider, we will name it here before sharing data with it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to certain uses. Contact support to make a request. [Data-protection registrations, retention periods and international transfer details to be added after legal review.]
Security
Access is restricted by role, and data is stored in an access-controlled database. No system is perfectly secure.
