Draft notice

This document is a draft prepared for LiveLove Ventures and has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. It may change before any production launch.

1. Who we are

ArbiSpark is a product of LiveLove Ventures, registered in Nigeria. [Registration number, registered address and governing law to be added after legal review.]

2. ArbiSpark is testnet only

ArbiSpark currently runs only on blockchain test networks using test tokens that have no monetary value. ArbiSpark does not accept customer deposits, does not hold customer funds and does not offer real-money trading.

  • Testnet access is offered only in countries we have enabled. Where a country shows "Not Yet Available", you may not use ArbiSpark.
  • Enabling testnet access in a country does not mean real-money services are permitted there. Real-money services will need separate legal and regulatory approval for each country and an independent security audit.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Wallets

You may link a wallet by signing a message that proves you control it. Signing costs no gas and gives ArbiSpark no access to your funds. We never ask for your private key or seed phrase. Anyone who asks you for them is not ArbiSpark.

5. Plans and fees

Plan prices and the planned trading fee are described on the Pricing and Fees pages. While payments are not active, no subscription fee or trading fee is charged. Paid plan choices are reservations only. If paid billing launches, you will be told in advance and asked to confirm.

6. No guarantees

ArbiSpark does not promise or guarantee profits or returns. Test results do not predict real-market results.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use ArbiSpark to break the law, evade sanctions, attack the service, or access it from a country where it is not available.

8. Changes and suspension

We may change these terms, change which countries are available, or suspend access, for example for legal, security or compliance reasons. We will post changes on this page.

9. Liability

[Limitation of liability and dispute resolution clauses to be drafted by a qualified lawyer.]
