Can I deposit money or trade with real funds?: No. ArbiSpark is testnet only. We take no deposits and offer no real-money trading in any country.
Am I being charged for my plan?: No. Payments are not active. Choosing a paid plan only reserves it.
Why isn't my country available?: We open countries one at a time, only where we're comfortable it's permitted. Check the Countries page.
How do I get a copy of my data or delete my account?: Sign in and open a support request with the topic “Privacy / my data”.
Do you guarantee profits?: No. ArbiSpark never promises or guarantees profits or returns.
